Riverside County is growing fast
but access to quality ABA therapy has not always kept pace. Many families in the Inland Empire spend months on waitlists or travel long distances for services that still do not feel tailored to their child. Spectrum Optimal Care was created specifically to close that gap, bringing parent-centered, evidence-based ABA to families across Riverside County in the way that works best for them.

What we Offer
All of our services are available in your home, community, or via telehealth. Whether you are looking for one-on-one parent-led ABA coaching or need support in understanding your IEPs or advocacy, we meet you where you are. Our founder, Tawana — a BCBA and mom of neurodiverse children — built this practice on the belief that parents are not bystanders in the therapeutic process. You are the most powerful force in your child's world, and our job is to make sure you feel equipped, not sidelined.

How is ABA Therapy Paid For?
For Riverside County families, we work with Inland Regional Center (IRC) and are currently accepting Self-Determination Program (SDP) clients while full vendorization is in process. We also work with many insurances. For families using private pay, a sliding fee scale is available based on current DDS low-income rates, updated every quarter.
No diagnosis is required for private pay services — which means
families still navigating the diagnostic process can get support now rather than waiting.

We also offer ABA consultations and IEP advocacy, because what happens at school matters just as much as what happens at home.
